Today was a wonderfully bittersweet end to our tea journey. Today we went to two big indoor tea markets, bought final tea and teaware, and drank 25 teas over the next 8 hours!
In the last market We met some wonderful tea ladies who were impressed with our level of tea knowledge. While We may have a good perspective on the scope of tea from all over the world, We still have much to learn about Chinese tea. Even after this mind-opening trip, there is still so much more to learn and more tea to drink.
35 days, 10 provinces, countless tea gardens and factories, lots of huge meals, delicious baozi, crazy Czechs, crazy Chinese and us mei guo Ren too.
It will be hard to leave my tea family but I also have another tea family waiting for me back in the homeland.
